Drawer Boy

No words yet, Text following Pictures, Just small panels, drawn one after another, building a narrative page after page, then edited & coloured with Gouache. The edited again. Phew.

So far I've gotten 10 pages done. I do dearly love comic's, I hope I can make something truly astoundingly great utilising the medium.

Still Life

He's dreaming you see...

In an attempt to create a 'Still comic', I figure these scenes will need to be stretched to give a greater feeling of the slow passing of time, and to better depict the stillness of life. Perhaps an additional two-three pages on these moments will suffice...

Not quite sure what I'm blathering about, but it's going to be Great!

Unless it turns out not to be, or I get sidetracked or something...

More On Trading

So here, presented in glorious RGB colour for the first time... The first 20 trading cards, the end goal is around 40-45.

Can a comic ever create as still and meaningful a story as 'Cafe Lumiere', or 'In the City of Sylvia'?

A new goal? Unfortunately my drawing is not consistent enough to create what I desire at the moment... But I'll keep a'trying.

Fin, Parts 1-4.

Death of a superhero. What if he is just the wrong man. Not the wrong time, or place. He is simply the wrong person.
The "hero" who cant save anything.
sigh.

Keep on Keep'in On Up...

Oddly productive, now that I've left university, I guess Im trying to prove something or other...
I will be returning to comics shortly (promise), although I must admit to seeing these pieces as panels on a comic page. Viewed as such the arrangement was particularly considered, blah de blah.
No juxtaposition between words and images as such, however a good title will do just as well... Ho humm.
